Hello, I'm delighted to introduce myself. I graduated from Angelo State University with a Bachelor's in Psychology and a minor in Sociology, completing my degree in a swift three years to dive into the real estate industry. Since the summer of 2014, I've been navigating the dynamic world of real estate, bringing a decade of experience to the table.
Currently, I play a pivotal role in the Shawn Box Team under ERA, specializing in residential, new construction, and property management. Over the past nine years, I've successfully overseen approximately 40 rental properties at Shawn Box Real Estate, guiding individuals on their journey to becoming real estate investors.
One of my true passions in this field is educating new buyers, especially in the intricacies of navigating a competitive market.
Beyond the realm of real estate, I'm deeply committed to animal rescue causes, having volunteered and donated to organizations like Cassie's Place. I have fostered dogs for PAWs and share my life with a cherished nearly 11-year-old mini Aussie, who holds a special place in my heart. At our small ranch in Water Valley, TX, I'm also involved in raising sheep.
Proud to be a Texas native, I have a unique origin story—I was born in the front seat of my dad's Mustang while en route to the hospital in Tom Green County. Now calling San Angelo home, I balance my professional life with personal interests. Outside of work, you'll find me exploring my love for travel and honing my culinary skills. Feel free to ask, and I'd be happy to share more about either of these passions!
