Myers Drug building is 3 stories . The basement and main floor do have sprinkler system for fire The bottom floor is used for storage. The main floor is used now for the pharmacy and retail store. The top floor is vacant and wide open. It is a blank canvas to put in lofts or offices. It has 2 side entrances as well as a parking lot next to the building as well as the one across the street. It should be pretty simple to put an elevator in to allow access to the top floor. The roof was replaced a few years back and it is TPO.
